1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," "you," or "your") and ockbet.cam (hereinafter "ockbet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ockbet online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through our website and mobile applications.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Identity Verification

ockbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification such as Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, or other officially recognized identification documents. Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Jurisdiction Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing our services. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming valid contracts. You further represent that you are not legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use ockbet services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, physical address, and any other information we deem necessary for regulatory compliance and account verification.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) ockbet account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to other persons, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. ockbet employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of any winnings or bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity. You must immediately notify ockbet if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ockbet accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and credit/debit cards. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change at ockbet's sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through e-wallet services (GCash, Maya) typically credit to your ockbet account within thirty (30) seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfers may take one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the originating bank. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically process within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. ockbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, generally ranging from PHP 100 to PHP 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, account verification status, and regulatory requirements. VIP players may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request and verification.

4.4 Deposit Fees

ockbet does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, for which ockbet bears no responsibility. Any fees charged by third parties are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your ockbet account are legitimately obtained and do not originate from illegal activities. ockbet complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise agreed by ockbet. Available withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer to Philippine bank accounts, and USDT TRC20. The withdrawal method must be registered in your legal name as verified on your ockbet account.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ockbet strives to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Manila time, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional verification and processing time up to seventy-two (72) hours.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are PHP 50,000 per transaction and PHP 200,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. These limits may be adjusted based on account status and verification level.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, ockbet requires completion of account verification (KYC - Know Your Customer), including submission of valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawals are subject to wagering requirements on bonuses (if applicable). You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

ockbet does not charge fees for withdrawals to GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank accounts. USDT TRC20 withdrawals may incur blockchain network fees. Your receiving financial institution may impose their own fees, for which ockbet is not responsible.

5.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

ockbet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, violation of these Terms, bonus abuse, or any other irregularity. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for cancellation and may request additional documentation or information before reconsidering the withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ockbet are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms. Bonus terms include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limitations, and withdrawal conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found guilty of bonus abuse will have their accounts terminated and funds forfeited.

6.4 Promotional Modification

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Gaming

• Geographic Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technology to access ockbet from outside the Philippines.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account, or accessing accounts belonging to others.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover source code of ockbet software or games.
• Harassment: Abusing, harassing, or threatening ockbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content available on the ockbet platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and design elements, are the property of ockbet or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The ockbet trademark, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks owned by ockbet.

9.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ockbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use our services in any way that violates these Terms.

9.3 User Content

10.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall ockbet's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited to your ockbet account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by ockbet

ockbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Reasons for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: violation of age requirements, providing false information, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited betting systems, money laundering, or breach of any provision of these Terms.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your ockbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to applicable withdrawal requirements and wagering conditions. ockbet reserves the right to retain your account information as required by regulatory obligations and our record-keeping policies.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to use ockbet services immediately ceases. Any remaining account balance that was not obtained through violation of these Terms will be returned to you following completion of any required verification procedures. PAGCOR's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding on all parties.

12.4 Governing Law
